It takes a village to raise a child. This is not true in America. Perhaps in Africa it's true (you know lions and all) I can't say. As with the case of most African-Americans I have never been there. In the United States it takes two concerned parents. It takes a village to raise a village idiot. One of the proponents of this nonsense is Hillary Clinton. She is living proof that the village raised an idiot. Now don't get me wrong a child seeing honest, respectable, hard working, self sufficient, responsible adults in the community is a positive. It still comes down to the parents.
