It pains me to see so many of our youth, male and female, defacing themselves with tattoos. They look like either hookers or gang members. There should only be one tattoo allowed. A tattoo on the individuals stomach. It should read "I am stupid". When the individual becomes older, and they no longer like or want their tattoo, they have the answer to the question why did I get a tattoo?A. C. Smithson
